Publication I:

The involvement of ESR in the SEED project has allowed to increase SU’s capacities at a larger scale and to ensure a better knowledge transfer and dissemination of the SEED project’s results. One of ESR, Amal Souissi, had published a recent paper in the “Journal of Advanced Research” presenting a high Impact Factor: 6.992 and a Cite Score of 10.9. The article entitled « Novel pathogenic mutations and further evidence for clinical relevance of genes and variants causing hearing impairment in Tunisian population ». Even if this article does not focus on epileptic encephalopathies, it uses NGS analysis.

Publication II:
As part of a collaboration between the child neurology department, the functional molecular genetics laboratory LGMF and the Aix-Marseille University team, a publication by SEED trainer Dr. Marwa Ben Jdila appeared in the prestigious journal ‘Orphanet journal of rare diseases‘ (IF:3.6).
