The team of the H2020 twinning project “SEED” is proud of its members of WP4 (Building capacity in genetic diagnosis of Epileptic Encephalopathies through NGS) who succeed, for the first time in Tunisia, the sequencing of the whole genome of 7 samples of SARS-CoV2 coronavirus from Tunisian patients.
The SEED team hopes that the future training of this project will contribute to the improvement of the skills of young doctors, PhD students, physicians and researchers in the field of genomics and particularly via high throughput sequencing.
